Litverge policy

Terms of Use

Product-aligned draft · Updated October 4, 2026

These Terms describe the rules for using Litverge and are intended to match the features currently implemented in the platform.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Litverge. Creator monetization is available only to eligible users who are at least 18, have reached the required follower threshold, enabled Professional Mode, completed the creator application, and passed the required identity verification. Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Litverge the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and make your content available through features you choose to use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or broadcast.

3. Live broadcasting

Regular profile/feed live features require verified-user eligibility and must be enabled by Litverge. Live features may remain unavailable during testing or provider setup. Hosting a community Live Room is reserved for approved monetized creators. Browser broadcasting may use a supported camera/webcam or supported streaming software when available; the Litverge mobile app uses the device camera for live broadcasting. Viewers may join eligible live experiences, comment, and use supported virtual-gift features subject to platform rules.

4. Creators and monetization

Professional Mode and creator payments depend on the current rollout settings and may be unavailable during live testing. When enabled, Professional Mode requires the platform follower threshold. Monetization requires a separate application and identity verification. Creator earnings shown in the creator wallet are the creator's calculated payable amount; Litverge may separately retain the platform portion of eligible monetized transactions. The current minimum creator withdrawal request is ₱500. Payout availability, methods, processing, reversals, taxes, chargebacks, fraud review, and payment-provider limitations may apply.

5. Creator enforcement and appeals

Litverge may freeze creator monetization, temporarily suspend creator privileges, revoke creator status, or restrict withdrawals when a creator violates platform policies, presents fraud or safety risk, or requires investigation. Account balances and relevant records may be preserved while an enforcement review is pending. Eligible creators may submit an appeal. Restoration is not automatic and depends on Litverge's review.

6. Virtual coins and gifts

CS Coins are platform virtual items used for supported Litverge features. They are not bank deposits, legal tender, cryptocurrency, or a promise of cash value to ordinary users. Virtual gifts do not by themselves create a direct payment obligation from the recipient to the sender. Creator earnings are calculated only through eligible monetization transactions recorded by Litverge.

7. Links, affiliate promotions, and business verification

Users may include lawful HTTPS links, including affiliate links, in supported posts, profiles, or video captions. Affiliate or sponsored relationships should be disclosed where required. Litverge prohibits deceptive, malicious, illegal, or misleading destinations. Premium Silver business verification is available only to shops or companies Litverge has approved as legitimate; payment alone never grants verification.

8. Litverge Music and Sounds

Independent musicians and other authorized rights holders may submit full songs for Litverge Music. Before upload, the submitter must read and affirmatively accept the Artist Rights, License & Warranty Agreement and state the basis on which they own, control, or are authorized to license the necessary composition, lyrics, master, performance, beat, sample, artwork, and related rights. The submitter retains ownership while granting Litverge the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free platform license described in that agreement. Submissions are not public until reviewed and approved. Publishing in Litverge Music does not automatically authorize reuse in Stories or Sparks; that is a separate opt-in permission. Acceptance of the agreement is evidence of the submitter's representation, not proof of ownership, and does not prevent a later rights complaint. Litverge may reject, restrict, disable, restore, or remove music after review.

9. Copyright and intellectual-property complaints

Upload or broadcast only material you created or are authorized to use. Each published music item provides a report/claim option that routes copyright owners or authorized representatives to the formal copyright workflow. Music claims are placed in a priority review queue with a target of initial review within 24–48 hours; this is an operational target, not a guaranteed legal deadline or automatic takedown. Litverge may request information, preserve relevant records, restrict or remove material when a claim is substantiated or action is otherwise legally appropriate, reject unsupported claims, and provide the affected uploader an ownership/licensing dispute or counter-notice process where applicable. Rights owners may also contact copyright@clickrspace.com. Repeated infringement may result in escalating restrictions.

10. Payments and payout information

Payment methods and payout details must belong to or be lawfully authorized for the person using them. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Never submit false card, wallet, identity, or payout information. Litverge may reject, reverse, hold, or investigate transactions when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, legal compliance, or provider requirements.

11. Safety and prohibited conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not engage in harassment, exploitation, threats, fraud, scams, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorized access, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, illegal sales, manipulation, or other unlawful or harmful activity.

12. Reports, support, and moderation

Use the profile or content reporting tools for suspected Community Guidelines violations. Questions, technical problems, and bug reports belong in Help & Support. Reports and support requests are handled in separate moderation/support queues. Litverge staff may respond through the platform and may preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary.

13. Account enforcement

Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, Litverge may remove content, restrict features, end live broadcasts, temporarily ban an account for a defined period, permanently ban an account, or take other proportionate action. Attempts to evade restrictions may lead to additional enforcement.

14. Service availability and changes

Litverge may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features as the service develops. Availability can depend on device, location, third-party services, payment providers, or technical requirements. Material policy changes should be communicated as required by applicable law.
